another day, another headache

I hate headaches!  I wish I had a friend here to trade massages with, giving or getting a massage is the best treatment there is for me.  I've taken 4 different meds so far and still it's just getting worse.  I used to take one med, wait an hour or 90 minutes and see if it was better, then take another med if necessary.  That could take all day going thru the different things that might work.  Now I take two at a time.  Soon, it will just be the handful of remedies at once, I can see that coming.  Soon.
