Another cold day
Oh gosh I am shaking the sadness a little at a time. Its so darn cold and icy my unfavorite times of the year. So hoping it will snow soon.
Don & Donnie came and fixed the snowmobile, yeah so I am ready to go. Saved some $$ there.
I am so afraid without health insurance, and so I hope in Heaven you can push our governing bodies to help those like me now. I sure wished I had paid more attention to what to do if you were gone, I just never thought it would happen.
Realtor contract up Dec 20th, she has not done much so I am dumping her, trying on my own, only shown one person period, never hardly heard from her. SO give it 60 days wait for better weather advertise it myself, the contract is blank where it says I have to give them commission so many days after contract dies so I feel if I FIND someone they get nada but will use an attorney for the contract. It will save alot of money in commission since nothing is moving I can than lower my price.
OH Dear, I so want to move now. I know I need to find a new beginning, a new sunshine and new life with better opportunities for financial, emotional living. Please if you can help from up in Heaven hear my prayer, Oh Lord. The Lions CLub said they are giving me a Christmas basket - they see my sadness I feel. They know Cassie and kids with Donnie being laid off are having a tough time - Whistl Jacks gave them lots of $$$ to help so they said they want to help our Grandchildren. We have never been in this sad financial situation before its scary....at age 61 sigh....
SO Please Oh Lord help those in need with warmth, food, and a home with love......

While our situations are quite different, I can really relate to your entry. So many times, I have said to myself that I wish I had sat down with my husband and really discussed what to do if he was not here. We have a business that is not making enough to cover all of the costs, mostly because we bought a commercial building that is now upside down and the mortgage and property taxes are just to high. I am trying to short sale the building, but in the process I will lose my house because we used it as collateral and there is just enough equity in the house for the bank to take it. It is a long, scary process and it is hard to see everything that my husband and I worked for slowly disappear. My children (ages 16 and almost 12) do not want to move, but it is inevitable. It won\'t happen immediately, but it will happen and we will not have any of the money from the house to buy something else. It is hard to move forward when there is so much that we do not control. I hope things improve and that you are able to sell your place soon, find a job and get health insurance.
