This one is a fiction book called Omega-Suppressed.  In a small town of alpha males and omega females, Shailyn, the main character, an omega, is taking drugs to suppress her natural heat, scent and phermones to keep the horny alphas away.  Problems arise when Luke, the son of the town elder, an alpha whom she is attracted to, blocks her next shipment!
