Another attempt at weight loss
For the past 4 years I've tried losing weight. I've tried walking, buying healthy cookbooks, bicycling, Atkins, My Fitness Pal, Curves and now Weight Watchers. After all of it, I still weigh 317 lbs. Finally, my pdoc changed my meds, my appetite decreased sharply, and I quit gaining and even lost 10 lbs; but I gained 5 back and now I'm falling into an emotional hole.
I'm tired of trying. I can't tell you how much the last 4 years have taken out of me. The hope and despair and all the effort has worn me out. I try to psych myself up and encourage myself with the facts that I'm less hungry and lost a couple pounds, but I guess I'm afraid that if this med change doesn't finally act as the fix, i'm really screwed and I'm doomed to remain this large.

Try zumba, it is a fun exercise. I get bored with regular exercises. Zumba reminds me of dancing. i lost 20 lbs with it. It is fun doing something you love will keep you active. Don\'t give up.
