another day

well i did it got to my 1 year cat believe how quick its come round i was worried when i got to 1 year would i start again but hey i just love life and well now im just living another day like we all do my confidence is the biggest thing ive noticed i share more at meetings i love riding my bike to work which sound silly but i used to have a fear of crossing the humber bridge on it now i whizz along lol and ive met some very lovely people on here i still have turdy days but one hell of alot of good days  love you all and i know i must write more journal entries xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
