Annoyed all the time...

I find myself annoyed. I am annoyed at my brother. I am annoyed at my daughter. I am annoyed at the town I live in, my neighbors (who are seriously boundry challenged), and generally annoyed at the world.
It is unpleasant and I don't want to be annoyed. I just don't know how to make it stop.
Trouble is, I am annoyed at myself, as well.
Grrrrh!
