Anniversary
Today is our 40th anniversary so we had a family party yesterday because two of the kids are working today. Mother-in-law was there also. She's never liked me and makes no attempt to hide it. It's mutual. A broom fell on the floor when we were getting ready for the party and I told my wife we should practice stepping over it for the re-enactment. (we didn't really have a re-enactment). She refused, which hurt. I also said I was going to ask her Mom to give away the bride because I know she would refuse, and she told me not to be mean. :( Anyhow, the party was ok mostly, six little kids running around and my mother-in-law trying to command the kitchen and ruin the meal we planned. Today we might go somewhere. This morning is just another bad headache though.

Happy 40th Dan & wife ya made it longer than I did in 2 trys.. I think the STRESS factor had a big part in your headache today Dear Dan. Wish I could wave my magic wand and make them all go away for all of us.

I was thinking today about what I wrote and how I mentioned someone I don\'t get arong with 4 times in a few sentences. I really let her get to me and dominate my thoughts. A few years ago she moved from a 2 hour drive to a 5 minute drive away. From a safe distance to in my face!
we had a even day today, just by ourselves on our anniversary.
