didn't know there is a national tequila day, its the 24th of july. we had tequila that week, by accident, got buzzed too fast on it. funny because ten years ago it was my drink of choice (no salt) and had been for about ten years. i seem to switch my main drink every ten years. first it was vodka, then it was chevis regal scotch, then tequila, then bourban, and now its becoming gin with peach smoothies. yum.don't think that drink has a name though. maybe i should sell it pre-made. seriously. lol.
found some more trouble with the new girl. right now, i'm too mad to write. but its premeditated, malice and forethought all that crap.you don't expect it in someone new. people generally pull crap after they work somewhere a year or more, and the early mistakes are ignorance or accidental. not this one. a normal person, after a year or so, maystart pushing the envelope to see what they can get away with and short cuts and the like. this one is a jerk. she IMMEDIATELY goes back to screwing things up, even if you have just told her what to do. even worse she tried to cover what she was doing. the only thing worse than that is a person who blames another person for what they themself did. another red flag was that she doesn't take notes of any sort. you can't do that in this field...actually, i don't think you can do that in any field.there are always rules and its a good idea to read and re-read your office manual, so you know what is what. i mentioned this and she says she learns from doing. actually, hon, you aren't learning. you are devious and looking for ways to get around doing the job.with this kind of work, there are changes alllll the time, like every couple of months.she isn't just screwing up though. she is belligerent. JUST TOLD HER and ten minutes later she is doing it wrong (but doing what "she wants to do? is my guess.) that isn't normal at all. she is the same one that was telling us about her "really big booboo" when she hurt her hand her first week here and claimed to have been bit by a "really big bug." are you kidding me? i know she has kids and is probably around them all the time, but they aren't that young. get a grip.

if she put the same effort into doing the job properly, that she puts into deviating ways to NOT do the job, she could actually hold down a job. i think with most people like that, whatever intelligence they have is always put into how to be underhanded and how to lie, and how to be troublemaking. its never put into doing the job right and then there is the completely lazy who do nothing and wonder why people expect them too. i can rant this so i\'ll stop.
