And the results...
First off, thank you for the support and advice ladies, I appreciate it!
Now, for the results of my appointment. It went well, but not as I expected. In the end, I'm getting a lot of testing done, ovarian reserve is finally being done too. I don't have the list in front of me, but I have all the paperwork for the testing.
I expected to have a clear plan in place on where to go from here, but I do have some sense of direction. Between talking to Dr. C and his intern, I gained a lot more knowledge and insight. Oh, and I was told that I meet the criteria for PCOS, so therefore, yes, I do have PCOS. They're going to repeat the SA for my DH, which will tell us if the vitamin supplements have helped. Also, I'll be getting another ultrasound, during my cycle this time.
Dr. C wants me to lose weight, which was a given. But, he wants me to drop the weight before he starts treating me. He listened to my concerns, and to DH's, though, and gave us some good information before we left.
Dr. C kept looking at the screen and then back at me. He made several comments about how he couldn't believe I'm 30 and added that I looked more like 23.
Despite not having a plan, and not really getting all that much out of my appointment. I feel better about this guy than I did about Dr. R. Dr. C actually listened to me. And yes, he did talk about lap-band and gastric bypass surgery, but didn't try to demand that I do it.

I\'m so happy you have found a doc that listens!! I\'m glad he is bring proactive and you and DH are getting more testing done. Excited to hear your next steps :)
Thanks ladies! I\'m feeling much more at ease with the IF situation now that I know that Dr. C is there for me if I need more answers. And he does Telehealth too, so I can video conference with him whenever I don\'t need testing done ( most of which they only do at their clinic).
kDeezy, I may take you up on the motivation buddy thing. Motivation is something that tends to be lacking in me lately, at least for myself; I seem to be able to motivate others just fine. :)
