And here comes the STRESS! (I mean Strength Building, lol)
Well, last night, clerk's office said it was granted - found out this morning it isn't - hearing is set for 8/2. So I called my attorney this morning to find out what happens next, what I need, etc. (well, there goes my inheritance!)
Right after the Sheriff left, SAFETY was going through my head all night last night. I made sure that when I let my dogs out, I went where another neighbor would find me this morning when she lets HER dog out, if something did happen. SCARED? You betcha! But when I got up, the neighbors had moved their vehicles away from my property, didn't put their garbage on my property for pick up this morning either. So it looks like they're going to abide by it. Attorney said it is possible that we might be able to get him to agree to a settlement/restraining order outside the court.... but I doubt he'd be that reasonable.
AND, it did cross my mind that this guy tried to get me evicted from my own home and all I was requesting is 10 feet (him and his arm length with a weed eater). Figured that was reasonable. Plus the attorney hasn't been able to find anything yet, but is still digging into any ordinances regarding the occasional pet sitting I do. She said, that so far, she wouldn't consider anything I'm doing illegal - especially since I ok'd it with the police years ago AND never got cited since (never had a complaint before the stalking started).
Attorney has agreed to attend the hearing OR send an associate up to assist me - I call it expensive moral support, lol. LATER!

And then again NOT. Something told me to run home to check on the house at 11:45.... sure enough, their garbage can was on my property. And yup, I took photos! GEES, you\'d think they\'d get a clue.
