ANAL FISSURES

Well I am still having some major trouble with my butt since the trip. Well traveling I had a bad dumping and with being constipated it tore a fissure.  I am dealing with this pain every morning after I have a bowel movement.  I have increased my fluid and fiber and I am still alittle hard and to move that it tears the fissure open every morning.  I am trying every cream and ice and wipe on the market.  I have had just about enough I am ready to just take a full laxative every day.  I think this has been the worst side effect for me since I had the surgery.   I exercise and I have lost wt this should not be happening.  You can't imagine how this effects your day when you start out in pain.  It is one of the worst pain you can possiblely have.  My surgery wasn't even this much pain.  VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!
