Anaheim Update
It's been a busy October. This Saturday my daughter and I will walk the Harbor Heritage Run, a 5K fundraiser for her high school alma mater. We're looking forward to it, and the weather is suppose to be cool during the race.
Last week I had lunch with friends and attended a one-day conference for HOA board members. It was held at the Queen Mary in Long Beach. What a magnificent ship that was in its heyday. Beautiful hardwoods through including the wall murals. I had a thoroughly enjoyable time. I was even the lucky winner of a $50.00 gift card to Trader Joe's.
What a wonderful change all this is from last year when I had surgery on Oct. 26.
