An Upper

So apparently, there is a medication to give people with narcolepsy or chronic fatigue energy.  How long has this existed and why didn't anyone tell me?????  Okay, well, my Dr prescribed it and my insurance company is requiring "preapproval".  I wonder who will win.  Could it be that I could keep from falling asleep?
