An interesting twist

OM responded to the e-mail that H sent. (see previous journal entry)  He said that he is over me and was stupid to slow down and/or follow me in his car and that he will not do that again or pay any attention or wave or even look if he sees me in my car or in his neighborhood or in a store.  He said if he sees me in a store he will turn and walk away.  He will not wave or approach me or even look.  That gives me some comfort since I get very nervous when I am out in stores and such for fear of running in to him.  I am not afraid of him but NO CONTACT is VERY important to my H and the healing of myself and my marriage.  
I feel that I have been stuck from moving forward due to the continued situations with OM.  If he means what he said, maybe I will be able to get past this stage and move forward. I hope so.
