an awesome start to the week :) goal updates, nature/garden updates :)

Happy Monday! :) Sunny Sunflower smiles! :) We're welcoming the blossoming, of our 2nd sunflower, Sunny Sunflower! :) the 2 sunflowers in the sunflower sun race, blossoming beautifully! :) i'm gonna continue to measure these 2 sunflowers each tuesday, as they have multiple sunflower stems growing on the same stem : )it's so cool to see! :) Our plants enjoyed some nice rain nourishment this morning, we had a thunderstorm in our area, and then it got a bit sunny around mid-day :) i'm so excited, to see the tomatoes, peppers, and potatoes growing : )The plants are really thriving, and growing so very wild! :) Cosmos, Nasturiums, and Aster flowers :) it's a summer blossoming parade! :) my family and i are enjoying a great start to the new week : )We had a delicious salad yesterday evening, that my mom made :) Pasta, and Salad together, it was great! :) i said to my mom, "Make another salad!" :) hehe! :) We love summer salads :) i've been doing well, with all of my goals, pacing myself, eating healthy, exercising, and also enjoying a wonderful time, putting some of our new cards, around my computer room, and writing :) my wall of postcards is coming along really well :) i am smiling lots! :) i treated myself to a nice blueberry iced coffee this morning :) i've been craving one :) my sister Lisa and niece Alyssa went over to dunkin donuts :) Tomorrow's sweet treats tuesday! :) i'm also gearing up, to mail postcards, a letter, and a treasures package on wednesday :) i'm mailing a movie, "gremlins" to Holly, for us to be able to watch next saturday night :) it's a fun 80's movie :) feeling spirited, energized, and joyful, enjoying a great start to the new week! :)
Sunny Sunflower greetings, from our garden on this nice relaxing monday :) i'm in the writing zone, in the nature gardening zone ,oh my! i'm in the spirited zone! :) Hi angel friends, my family and i hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a beautiful day :) we really enjoyed the weekend :) my mom made this really nice pasta/salad yesterday, for dinner :) She loaded it, with nice lettuce, bow-tie pasta, cheese, pepperoni, mixed vegetables, and cucumber slices :) Delicious! :) my mom and Lisa brought some Salad over to my niece Alyssa's home during the evening :) Alyssa and her boyfriend Aj enjoyed the salad too :) it was so good, i said to my mom. "make another salad soon!" :) hehe! :) my mom smiled :) She's doing really well, she's been having a busy summer, but a really good one :) i often mention you all to my mom, and always sharing your heart-felt hello messages, and lovely kind words :) A special "Hello" to you all, from my mom :)
We're enjoying a nice start to the new week :) overnight, we had some rain, and a thunderstorm moved through our area this morning, it lasted for about 20 minutes, and the rain was really coming down. the plants are well nourished :) it's so neat, how nature at times, takes care of the plants, when it rains :) our plants always seem to grow so much, after a really good raining :) after the weather calmed, i went outside to put a few goodies around our yard, and noticed our 2nd sunflower of the season,. "sunny sunflower", has began to blossom :) Both Sunshine and Sunny, blossoming in the same way! :) The sunflower sun race, sunflowers :) Both of these sunflowers, have multiple stems growing on the main stem, which is really incredible to see :) i want to continue to measure the sunflowers, the stem that grows the tallest, will definitely be declared, the 2014 Sunflower sun race :) i think the race will definitely continued, another 3 to 4 weeks :) Very cool! :) i look forward to measuring the sunflowers tomorrow morning, after we get back from getting some nice sweet treats :)
This morning, Alyssa came over to visit, she and Lisa went to dunkin donuts to get some treats :) they picked up a nice blueberry iced coffee for me :) it's very nice of them :) i thought it would be nice, to begin the new week, with a refreshing iced coffee treat :) CHEERS! :) it's so nice, it's been a while since i've gotten a blueberry iced coffee :) We're gonna be going out to mcdonalds tomorrow, to get some treats too :) it's gonna be great! :) sweet treats tuesday :) here in my computer room, i've been continuing to enjoy a wonderful time, putting some of our new cards, all around my computer room :) it's lots of fun, and one of my most very special joys, that brings lots of happiness, peace, and excitement to my heart :) i'm really proud of the writing week i've been having :) i've been dwelving into all kinds of writing, from postcards, to notes, to a new letter :) it's a really good balanced writing week i'm having :) i'm very happy and thrilled everyone enjoyed viewing new picture of my writing area, and my video tour of my writing area :) that warms my heart, and makes me smile :) i love to decorate it, and my computer room :) very soon, i'll make a nice 5 to 8 minute video tour, of my computer room, to show everyone my entire room :) i'm having an awesome time decorating :)
i've been checking in on our plants, from time to time today :) it's a really rewarding, wholesome time in the season :) our plants are thriving :) the nice rain we've been recieving, has given me a chance to rest up my muscles, from last week's gardening, which is so nice :) our plants and gardens are a wonderful joy to our hearts :) on days where it's sunny, and warm, it takes a really good hour, to water all of the plants, which is one of my favorite things about the season :) my dad and i can't wait to make fresh homemade salsa, next month, we also want to dig up the potatoes next month too :) we're gonna see how many potatoes grow. :) it's also so nice, how we have many mammoth sunflowers, growing, which are producing edible seeds, to enjoy for snack :) Every august, i always hope for some huge "seeder" sunflowers, which are mammoth sunflowers, to harvest, save some of the seeds for replanting, and i also love to bake mammoth sunflower seeds :)
We're gonna have lots of mammoth seeds this year, and i am so happy and thrilled, i'll be able to make a cool nature/garden video, showing everyone how i harvest the seeds, and bake/roast the seeds next month :) i think we'll definitely have a few bags/jars of seeds, after the season :) i plan on sending some dried sunflower seeds too, to friends, for replanting into their gardens next year :) i love to send out the seeds :) it'll be so nice :) i'm really enjoying the season, to the fullest :) the garden grows, and blossoms in waves :) we saw the spring flowers, then the spring planting, then the arrival of summer gardening, with new blossoms, and new gardening adventures :) it touches my heart in many sweet ways, when i see a butterfly, visiting our garden, landing on the plants, this is incredible nature, we don't see during the fall/winter season, it's like each day, a nature chapter, that is written and blossomed into a very special memories garden in our hearts :)
i see lots of birds, squirrels, each day, sometimes i spot the bluejays still, in the morning :) They are more rare to see, this time of the year, but are so excited, to see the ones gather peanuts, and still visiting, during summer season :) the sunflowers that blossom, that aren't mammoth sunflowers, those sunflowers, we love to see blossom up, and then the golden finches visit, to eat some of the seeds, such a cute, and adorable tiny little bird, that has a happy sing/sound :) i hope to get a chance to take pictures of the golden finches :) i haven't counted the sunflowers, but i think, all together, with the sunflowers we have growing, and the multiple stems, on the sunflowers, we could see, at least 75 to 100 sunflower blossoms this season :) i think it's gonna be a golden wave of sunflowers, all throughout the month of august :) i am super hyped up, and pumped up, to see these sunflowers :) i may even make a sunflower collage/video, to share too, after all of the sunflowers have blossomed :) very sunny cool! :) it brings my family and i lots of great joy, to garden, to enjoy nature, to be able to bring you all right into our yard, and gardens each season, it's a pure joy, to my heart, to be able to write about our experiences of the season, the exciting nature sights, to take pictures of :) This is our gardening heaven, and summer season continues to shine :) Thank you for sharing your days, and adventures with us, and for joining us on ours :)
We're enjoying a nice day! :) my family and i are doing well, and are in good spirits :) this early afternoon, my mom, dad, and i went over to the bank :) i had a check to cash :) it's so nice, having the extra dollars :) today for lunch, i enjoyed a nice salad, with fat free ranch salad dressing, and had tomato vegetable soup :) lunch was delicious! :) i've been enjoying some nice time here on ds, and also keeping in touch with our dear friend Holly :) She had her first phyical therapy appointment today, to treat her back pain. god bless her heart. sending lots of healing energy to Holly. :) i'm mailing a movie to Holly on wednesday, we're gonna have a movie night next weekend :) Tomorrow we're gonna go to mcdonalds, to get some treats :) my family and i thank you all so very much, for all that you do for us :) You all are wonderfully nice, sweet, and very generous :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP FRIENDSHIP HUG :) Tonight, i'm going to have a healthy snack :) i'm gonna call Holly for a little while :) There's many more great things to look forward too :)
