"An appointment with my Psychiatrist today"

I hope she has good news for me, because she has to find a way to make me feel stable.  Maybe changing the medications a little bit or something.  The only problem I am having right now is, I'm not being able to sleep the amount ofh ours that I should.  And that's really bad for bipolars cause we can get into a manic stage.  I hope she finds a solution to the problem, because I hate having to go to the hospital just to get the meds stabilized.  Please pray for me, if you can, to be able to find a solution fast.  I have the appt. at 2:00 P.M.  I am really worried about the sleeping problem I am having.  I take meds to go to sleep at night, I sleep for 2 or 3 hours, and that is it.  Wish me luck!  I love all of you very much!  Don't you ever forget that.  See you later, I hope.  Ivonne.
