Amputee friends

Yesterday morning I slipped on the bathroom tile, fell on my left elbow and stump fom my left leg below-the-knee amputation a month ago.  It busted wide open and I lost a lot of blood.  Went to the hospital and ER doctor sewed it backup. Unfortunately, I don't believe the ER doctor has much experience suturing. I'll find out tomorrow when I see my doctor that did the amputation (who was in surgery @ time I was in ER. One good news- I did not fracture the bone! I just wanted to share the trials and tribulations of a new amputee- striving to shrink down for a prosthesis- and now back to square one. It's so hard on every one-hopping step. Please share and encourage me- I NEED IT NOW MORE THAN EVER! God Bless You All, preacherdave
