Ammunition from my medical records
I just read through the medical records when they involuntarily committed me.Something that stands out is the admitting ER doctor writes Suicidal:no,Homicidal:no.Therefore they had no right to involuntarily commit me or keep me for nine days in this hospital.No where in the medical records or psyche evaluation did this "doctor" and I use that term extremely loosely here say I was a harm to anyone or myself.Also this doctor never mentions that he was dodging my husbands many requests to have me released.He talked to my husband once and after that completely ran from him every time my husband tried to talk to him.My husband and I can't wait to have this doctor in front of us.It is going to be fun to hand his ass to him.Abusers are so stupid. They leave so many mistakes in their wake when they are abusing people for a survivor to come behind them and make them pay for it.This is what is about to take place with this bullshit abusive wannabe doctor.

Snuffleupagus, it was a systematic attempt to silence me and my child. The only reason they had for holding me was because and I quote \"these are some strong allegations you are bringing against these men\".When my husband and I challenged them to look up these mens records they refused.I have since looked up all their records and every single one of them has a record of sexual assault and molestation.More ammunition to bring to court when suing this doctor.

Are you sure it is wise to confront the doctor? Even if your husband is there he is not obligated to talk with him and he won\'t be allowed in the room with the doctor since you are the patient and not your husband. Just remember that if you even act angry the doctor could have you committed and make up any excuse. I would advise you get a new doctor and move on so he can not do this to you again. They will always take the doctors word over the patients. Just some thing to consider.
2mixedup I don\'t know where you are from but where I live the doctors do allow spouses in during sessions.I was not talking about confronting him at his office.I am talking about in a court of law.I have had four separate therapist tell me that what he did was wrong and he should not be practicing.I also recently re-read through these medical records and for everyday they did a report on me the staff at this hospital was saying that I was lucid and copperating but when it came for this crap doctor to sign off on the reports he would put me as gravely disabled for no reason.
