Am I crazy?

Am i just crazy? is there something wrong with me? Is it ED telling me these things, or are they really happening as I (or ED) are perceiving? I feel as though my husband is not happy with me. Like he doesn't enjoy spending time with me. Today, his friend came over. Before that, I was trying to talk to him and felt like he was mad at me. He felt distant...unhappy. Then his friend came over and he was all laughs and talkative. We three were sitting outside and I engaged myself in the conversation. His friend attempted to include me in the conversation, but I felt like my husband was purely focused on conversing with his friend. His body language was faced toward his friend the entire time. He never looked at me. His friend, who struggles with English, was even attempting to speak English, just to include me. But my husband kept bringing the conversation back to their language...Now, are these perceptions true?? Are they just in my head???...His friend left and I felt his mood change. He got quiet. Distant again. I try to initiate a conversation, but am left with one word responses. I bring up a very difficult thing for me to talk about...ED. I admit that I have joined an online support group. He says "Oh". I ask if it bothers him that I am talking to him about my eating disorder. He says, "No." But he doesn't even look at me. I feel like I am burdening him. I am just his fucked up wife. I am not fun or interesting like his friends. I see him happy with his friends and quiet when he is with me. I feel like when I try to start a conversation I am met with one word answers. Now, is it ED telling me my husband doesn't enjoy my company, or is it true??? How can I tell the difference???
I didn't give in to ED's behaviors tonight, but I still feel like a failure. I tried to tell my husband how I was feeling, but he just said, "you can't blame me."
So now I feel depleted. Like what I feel is wrong. I am just crazy. I see things. I hear things. My feelings are unjustified. That sucks. I guess I am just a fucked up stupid person who makes things up in their head...I can't defend myself. I feel as though my soul is dying. I am generally a happy person. And when I feel like my husband may be upset (with me, or something else), I just try to keep up my spirits. But right now, I AM DOWN. VERY DOWN. My face is drawn and I have tears in my eyes. I am so confused!!
Oh! he just slammed the door and left the house. OH MY GOD! HELP!!!!!!
