Am I almost done?

STBX has postponed this last meeting to sign our marriage settlement 4 times, now. WE are suppposed to sign today. Wish me luck. I really do not want to wait around for months just because he cannot get his act together and show up. Attorney says if doesn't come this time we will proceed w/o him.
