.... always one girl who's too cool for all the other teens in high school//
"In the grand tradition of Heathers, there is always the one girl who's too cool for all the other teens in high school.
When your father is a rock star, or even more so, if YOU are a rock star, or model or olympic athlete - or all three, or been on many a big screen or bill board, there is a good chance that you are that girl."
this one is lily depp, but there are so many ... lol.
today is another strange day. the schedule was changed but no one knew, so lots of aimless tracking people down. nice and quiet and sunny and warm, except for that.
g says that whole drama came from the foreign girl telling the new people that the owners of the building owned all the houses in the village-like area where we live and that is why it bothered them that others have pets and this new tenant's two cats are forced to live mostly outside. then his parents (?) not sure who they are, only half-listening to it all, complained because if one is allowed more than two pets, then legally alllll are allowed more than two pets (actually that is true of one building but not entire neighborhoods. (In the next town over you can have ten and south of here its unlimited. outdoors is unlimited everywhere depending on if its dog or cat, because of tnr. if they are from texas? in texas, most areas its completely unlimited, no one tells you what to do, and texas pays people more for all jobs, and texas isn't in a recession and the weather is identical to here, but on the gulf, etc. they actually NEED working people to move over there. it used to be like that everywhere in the 70's. think back. lol.
the owners of the apartment building don't own all the single family homes in this area, they own THREE (out of 35), the rest of what they own is elsewhere. the small one behind my neighbor, another small one one block over and a large one that is converted and across the road from their own house. so all the drama FOR NOTHING. if they were wise and still want to make money on that building, they would convert that building into condos and sell each condo for 65,000 or so. it would solve the renter dilemma - they could even make it 55 and over like they have up the road. both of their apartment buildings sat empty for 3 years at one point and only had one or two tenants total. then they were supposed to sell the building and didn't. w says it was an empty lot a couple of decades ago. that would be pretty.
the drama at work with those two guys showing up out of nowhere, is this. they are on a new pay structure at the office park. in two years they make $21 per hour, so two of these guys thought we are on their pay structure even though we don't work back there? wth? lol. so he tells his friend to work here and leave the job he has that pays $17 per hour at the nursing home where he works as a therapist. $17 per hour is GOOD for around here. i said to him, you have to go to school and be certified to do this and he insists his friend did. he didn't. what does he think, they don't do a backround check? seriously?! its the first thing they look at.
his friend has a college degree. both applicants do. but no cert for this. wth? he also said his friend is retired (which isn't a good thing for this anyway) why did he say that? and his friend is NOT retired. why encourage him to leave a good paying job and switch careers. i don't get that part. but at least i know why. i thought their pay was way down from there, so i guess they are doing better? tna says the mother company is doing badly, but this one place is doing well. would love to know where the economy is doing better. they keep saying that and i don't see that anywhere.
d graduated pharmacy school, and so did his girlfriend/wife? can't tell anymore. never expected that. i thought he was going for regular doctor when i first heard about it. i know there is a drama there because allllll his siblings and half siblings are in the wedding except one - even though they are in touch. kind of mean. not sure i want to know about that drama though - even worse, if i was already told about it and forgot. lol. so i'm not asking.
junie b is still missing. going to ask around church about that one. and the white cat by the other house still looks prego to me, though they claim its a fixed male. something is up. i feed it when i see it and the woman across does. hope c is putting out the moist food for them. some say its a stray and some say it belongs or did belong to the old woman up the road. i have no idea what to think. if it wasn't fixed they should have said something and i'd get it done. why didn't any of them is a better question. even if they fixed just one stray per year, it would make such a huge difference.
went out with j for dinner and i think our receipt was totally wrong. have to go in on another day and actually ask. i hate when that happens and we weren't paying attention at all. the food there is too salty when hot, but perfect when cooled. don't want to end up with a stroke though. could also be the girl just didn't know the menu, like when me and rn got our nails done at that place. the girl was wrong every single time i asked her about pricing or what they offer. i understand she is young, around 20, but they have a menu. you just READ it. wth?

lili says they pay on a 30 hour work week in nursing homes and no health care, so its not as much as it sounds.
carolyn called and wants me to order the amoxicillin and comfortis. she has done this before, back when helen was feeding and helping.
They say here in pa we have the lowest minimum wage compared to other places. My cat is a fixed female who looks preso. Just the way her fat is makes her look that way. Ahh rumors one person says one thing to another and you never know what the story will be in the end.
so the people moved out. w says they found a double wide mobile for the same price as their \"rent\" for the apartment for the following month, $700 so they \"bought\" the mobile, took their two cats and left the whole thing. don\'t blame them. freedom is always the most important thing.
i still think they should make those apartments into condos and sell them individually for $65,000 each. 10 percent down, $6500 and be done with it. he says they moved at night. its summer, a lot of people move at night. g says they had a 6 month lease not a year. who knows. so they lost their security which went for the final month? i honestly don\'t remember when they moved in. that foreign girl makes a LOT of trouble around here for such a long time, i\'m surprised no one has hurt her physically yet. she tresspasses on property as well. very strange. creepy. i\'ve lived in other countries, and you don\'t act like that when you are a GUEST in another country, just like you should never act like that in your own country. why does she keep turning up anyway? she doesn\'t live over here.
the skinny on the school part of this is d\'s \"half-sister\" couldn\'t leave for college at all because their father wouldn\'t pay for it, he also wouldn\'t show his taxes so she could get a financial aid packet, which shocked everyone at the time. it was like sabotage.
by the time she was 25 and would no longer need her father\'s taxes to get financial aid and leave for school, she had two kids and was living with the kids father. she also lost her job working for a dentist, because the deal she had where she worked was that she would start dental classes within a year or they would look for someone else. have no idea why are father acted like that with her.
she says he didn\'t help ANY of the kids from his first marriage and pulled crap on allll of them. no one did this to him when he was growing up at all by the way, he had tons of help as needed.
with his kids from the second marriage, he had annuities put aside for them for college and the younger one even studied abroad twice. i can see her point. a LOT. her father makes nasty remarks about her years from 19 to 25, yet she still talks to him. i wouldn\'t, to be honest. and her half-brother? since he ended up going for something medical himself, my guess is it burns. i really don\'t get why her father did it at all. i said it to my cousin and she said, he made wayyy too much money for her to get financial aid packages.
not true. in the early 80\'s everyone qualified for student loans, (which is another reason they shouldn\'t be asking for taxes). it wasn\'t until the late 80\'s that they put a cap on income.
