Fast, direct service, and what seems to be a great product so far. Bought my trailer on Gold Coast from Bruce about two years ago good service then, just had trailer serviced, again excellent help. I have only had the trailer for a few days and it drove well coming home. The gents there where very professional and when could carry a joke. Great service I was in and out within half hour. Was unreal as I was thinking I had to come back when it was registered but it was all done then and there.
Our production process is to exrtrude the aluminium, cut it to length, CNC Drill it and then bend to shape. I recently purchased a caged box trailer from Trailers Direct, and the whole process was very pleasant and seamless.
The whole proses was so smooth and hassle free. The finish on the trailer is very good. The only hassle I have had is the jockey wheel pins for the handle sometimes don’t line up with the holes.
