Alot better this morning,its a nice day so im going walking and have my councellor at 1 o clock.Im pleased i upped my meds but bit worried about telling my doctor.He only works at our surgery 1 morning a week and i was very desperate so i needed to.

He will be cool I am sure... We know ourselves much better than anyone else and what we need... The Medics often don\'t know best! worrying I know, however TRUE!!! If you feel better that is the main thing xxx
