alone and in pain

I am new to this. I'm 46, and I've been suffering with chronic back pain for 18yrs. I've had three surgeries, I have 4 rods (titanium), screws,and a bunch more hardware in my back. I have had multiple epidural injections,nerve blocks,P.T.,acupuncture,trigger point injections, and every narcotic out there and nothing helps.....I have degenerative disc disease,spinal stenosis,I have multiple buldging disc,I have three herniated discs. I really feel pretty crappy all the time.
