Almost there

So I have been working on getting 28 pounds off to qualify for GBS surgery for the last 7 months, I have been on a regular routine of an hour of cardio and 30 minutes of weights five days a week.  Since I turned 30 the weight is very slow to come off, but slowly but surely is starting to.  I have 6 pounds till I can get on the list for my last preop appt and then 6 pounds from there to be ready for surgery so 12 pounds to go, and then the 4 month wait list begins..........

You\'ll get there! It is so hard to lose weight in order to prove we can lose weight! I have found, in just the past few days of being here (Daily Strength) there are wonderful people here willing to help you though the rough times and cheeeeer you on with the good times.
Hubby and I have fought round after round with our insurance company for 10 months. I finally got approved a few weeks ago. My surgery is going to be first on the list next Monday! Woo-hoo! Then we\'ll continue the fight to get hubby\'s surgery (it\'ll even the playing field for he & I a little more!) I always love a little friendly competition!
It\'s all good, just keep on keeping on!
