....almost slipped

Well, last night was a very close call.  I almost slipped.  I really wanted to buy a bottle of wine and just kill it.  My partner, in a very very non-judgemental way just looked at me and said, "its not worth it." She was so right because we got home and received a telephone call from my very drunk brother who acted belligerent and aggressive and effectively showed me why i'm 53 days sober. thanks baby
