Almost Friday 08/07/2014
So the office visit is over! Such a waste of time. It's pretty bad when Jelly hosted the meeting and ever HE said what a waste of time it is! Geez. The drive is the worst! I can throw a rock and hit the city but it still takes 40 minutes! I'd f**king walk but there aren't any sidewalks until you hit city limits plus it's like 90 outside! Ugh. Also, why are city streets so narrow? There are cars parked on both sides, semi trucks in both lanes then a fire truck comes flying through like 1 inch from my mirror and I'm pulled over as far as possible without hitting a parked car....f**K! I really, really hate driving!!!
Anyway, the only good thing is that it's over and I picked up my Mac Pro so unless Hell freezes over I'm not going back for a long time!!! Companies really need to move people to working at home. How many people sit in traffic for hours to work at a job where they log into a computer that's probably sitting in another state or country? Guess what...you can log in just a easily from home! Asshats.
I'll get off my soap box now :) I pushed myself to lift weights. I did NOT want to but I was just being lazy so I kicked myself in the ass and did it! At least I'm not falling over tired and the depression has retreated into the shadows for now...lurking.
I need to get those updated files to the Hobbit this afternoon then I'm calling it a day! Tomorrow I'll start looking at the dispatch re-write. That's going to be a bitch! Oh well...it will keep me busy I suppose :)
The Bird is already trying to drag me out to a club on Saturday! I guess he doesn't have "plans"! Ha! I doubt that I will want to go out but who knows. Poor Bird!
Anywho, steak is in the oven and H needs her Almost Friday donuts soooooooo see ya bye!

Glad the visit is over. I\'m not certain, but driving in this little town, especially in parking lots, can be like a demolition derby. People seem to think stop is really slow & go but whatever, don\'t look. I do get tense when I go to OKC though. I agree more people should work at home. Saves time, good environmentally, good for morale blah, blah blah,
You should go with the Bird. Just remember, you aren\'t supposed to dance! And I\'m glad you worked out even though you didn\'t want to. I might need you to kick my ass to work on the weight machines & walk.
