All\'s well...I think
Today I'm doing all right. For the moment whatever I had seems to have run its course.(Knock on wood)except my right ear is sore. If I can continue to do well until my pulmonologist appointment I can give both of us a break. Poor guy, all he sees are sickies. The leaves are falling from the trees big time around here. I hope my neighbors refrain from burning them. That could be a problem for asthmatics. Actually, I'm surprised that it's allowed... but it is. So far no one has shown an inclination to do this so maybe I'll luck out. Well the elections are over and we have a new president elect. I don't envy him. He has a lot of challenges ahead. But maybe things are better than I think. After all, President Elect Obama received his first highly classified briefing as the heir apparent and didn't immediately say "On second thought, I quit!" ...so maybe there's hope for us yet. Enough meandering around with my thought processes. Time to close. Be well,Tom

Hi Tom,
Glad to hear you\'re feeling better already! Phew.
Hey, maybe you should offer to get rid of your neighbor\'s leaves for them. That\'d keep them from burning them. I have a neighbor, across the street and a couple houses down, that lights a fire most nights in the fall and winter. And it doesn\'t even get that cold here. And unfortunately the evening winds blow from his house to ours. Last winter I had to hang blankets on the door knob and stuff towels along the bottom of the door to keep the smoke out. We\'re renting, so there\'s only so much we can do.
Hey, have you heard from Robin? Hopefully she\'s not posting because she\'s doing well.
Yeah, I don\'t envy President Elect Obama, either. He sure had a plateful handed to him when he won the presidency. I can\'t imagine the things he\'ll learn in the \'eyes only\' briefing. It looks bad enough from my livingroom. But I\'m proud of him for not backing down afterward.
Anyway, take care and keep healing.
:-)
