all over the place tonight....[12-1-15 for me still]

12-2-15=
Things went surprisingly well today.  Saw my doc, got a referral for ENT to see if tonsils need to come out.  Got a script for a muscle relaxer for the next month to see if that will help with the frequent headaches I've been getting.  Will have to do some research to find out if it causes any unpleasant side effects that I don't remember from the last time I took it.  Have had it before.  Doing my laundry since when I got home I had a boat-load of it.  My laundry bag was almost completely full.  Had to change out towels from being under quarantine, so I'd have fresh ones when I got back tonight.  Leslie has been getting on my nerves again, as I have yet to talk to her about needing more time and space to myself.  Though it's not as bad as usual as I've had the short time away that I needed,  Watched some pretty cool videos I saved on Facebook for the purpose of looking at when I had some spare time.  Which was today, there wasn't much to do at Mom's but be online for my own amusement.
Dad is supposed to find out how he did on his neuorological testing.  I think that's Thursday.  I have a feeling he may not have scored all that well, but we've been living w/ him for the last 18 months like that, so some of it we're naturally used to it by now.  He prefers to watch one channel all evening, he used to like to watch VHS and DVD videos, but seems like he no longer likes to do that because he can't remember which remote does what and how they each work.  I don't have time to teach him when I'm there as it never really comes up when I do visit.  Usually I have so much on my mind that it never occurs to me that he needs help with that.  He's not too good on the computer either, but that was also true before his TBI.  He has ADHD, mostly the inattentive kind, he doesn't get hyperactive, though I often do, courtesy of caffeine.  Speaking of caffeine just had some.  Tried not to take as many caffeine pills as I usually take when at Mom's house.  Think I only took 2, didn't want to mess up my blood pressure reading for the doctor's visit.  That wouldn't have been good having to explain that I can't sleep very long at night, so when at MOm's I depend on them somewhat to help me stay awake.
When I got home tonight, I took some contraband cleaner and sanitized my computer, the mouse, the cords, and the work table that I've turned my TV cart into.  Then when Mom comes back with groceries on Sat. night, then I'll send the cleanser back home with her.  Got 2 loads of laundry, one in the dryer and one that just got done in the washer.  Getting the exercise I missed out on by being at home.  I swear I've walked that hall to the laundry room about 10 times now between one person who was waiting for the dryer, put their clothes in, then I put in my first load, now waiting for the 1st load to finish, then put in the last load.  Lots of work for an evening back in my room and off quarantine, huh?  Bet staff is wondering just when I'll be done with my laundry.  Obviously I've had another caffeine drink, or wouldn't naturally have that kind of energy, I don't think.  But it sure is a relief when you have a doc that listens to you and tries to help you.  Though there is one thing I said that went over his head=that being that when I eat more, the laxative for my liver works better and on those days I don't have to use the "as needed" one as much.  Other than that, he caught just about everything else....On another note, I am starting to run out of energy after all that walking up and down the hallway.  It's a long way from my room to the laundry room, the caffeine appears to be winding down already.  Though time will really tell if it's out of my system when I try to go to sleep tonight.  If Leslie gets on my nerves, what's left of them tonight, I'll just unplug my phone and re-plug it back in in the morning, but warn her that's what I've done so she doesn't send staff to check on me.  If that happened, I'd be boiling mad.  Let's hope that doesn't happen.
Starting to consider stop seeing my chiropractor.  For one thing, I can't afford the fee to go once a month, which is as often as I need to go.  The adjustments don't last long, some last as little as 12 hours and I'm back in pain again--usually on a day when super-upset about things.  Plus, I have a crush on her, even though it's a professional relationship, I'm disappointed that it can't be more.  Also less inclined to go since her office manager quit--had a crush on her too, though she wasn't straight either.  She's often booked when I need to come in, lots of different things are seeming to indicate that I need to quit going.  Perh
