ALL I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT LIFE I LEARNED FROM MY CAT (calendar 1997, portal publications ltd.)
Animals trained by Animal Arts, Sebastopol, Ca
When life gets too hectic, take time to vegetate.
Enjoy the fruits of your labors.
Be kind to those at the bottom of the food chain.
Feeling pressure to constantly produce can turn you into a vegetable.
Remain aloof when they dangle those carrots in front of you.
Be politically correct - go organic.
Never lie down with anything that doesn't have a peel.
Devote your time to what really matters...eating, sleeping, playing.
Try to maintain a fresh outlook.
Take time out to eat the flowers.
Develop an appreciation for nature.
Include plenty of greens in your diet.
Every living thing deserves the chance to blossom. [Just like the trees and the stars we all have a right to be here (that includes ghosts)].
Some things are so irresistible, it's impossible to leaf them alone.
Develop a taste for the finer things in life (they are FREE to view at national museums worldwide, and for minor fees locally).
Don't flip your lid over minor annoyances.
Playing in litter is a great way to relieve tension.
Recycle everything you possibly can.
Be proud of your special niche in life.
There are many exciting places just waiting to be explored.
Crazy cats (people) should not be allowed to raise nor be around other living things, especially not children.
