Alcohol dreams
Well I had one of those dreaded dreams last night. Two weeks in and now they come. I was somewhere with my daughter and I had booze in my purse. I kept excusing myself to go to the "bathroom". That's basically theĀ gist of the whole dream. Thinking maybe it was because I drank on Sat. night. Also I was worried about my son a good part of the day yesterday. He was MIA. At least in my mind he was. Not returning text or answering phone. He comes home this weekend. As my husband reminded me last night. As we got ready to go to sleep he says that we had that to look forward to. I was about to say and wanted to say to please not make him your drinking buddy this weekend. Please don't get him drunk like you like to do with me. Or others. But we had a good weekend. No fights. I didn't want to ruin it just as we are about to fall asleep and step into a new week. I will say something later as the week progresses.
My husband wants to have a labor day BBQ this weekend too. Our yard has been abandon the past few weeks. Drought and I just don't care to work in the yard. I've done so much this summer I just want to relax. But I will be forced to do some trimming or mowing if we have people over. I usually don't like the winter but I like not having to mow and weed. So I sorta kina wouldn't mind a frost. But only for the night. Long enough to kill the weeds. LOL>

Ha ha....I agree with you about the winter - so nice to not have to worry about what the yard looks like. Sometimes I think apartment living might be worth taking a look at....lol.
I hope your visit with your son goes well and that you don\'t have to battle the \"drinking buddy\" issue too badly with your husband. Hopefully he will readily accept the message and stick to it.
