Airshow
I was at Andrew's Air Force base last Sun with my meet up group. It ended up just being 3 of us, one person dropped out. It was hot, we took fold up chairs and umbrellas. Security was VERY tight. I ended up taking a plastic bag instead of my purse, though one of my friends had no problem going through security with her purse. I had looked on their website for restricted items. She had to leave her backpack in the car. We were lucky we went early cause later the parking lot got filled and they turned people away. Including people who bought VIP tickets. The event was free, unless you wanted to pay for special seating. I think that was a waste of money. I hadn't been to this in almost 20 yrs, they don't have it every year. It had been 3 yrs since this show. And the next one is in 2027. I don't know if I'll go to another one. We'll see. It won't be the next one for sure.

That's very nice u went to the airshow. It looks very nice & I liked seeing the airplane & it looks like there was entertainment too. I'm glad u & your friends got there early & were able to get in & that your friend was able to get in with her purse but not her backpack. It's nice u came prepared & knew what you had to do. Hugs
