Airshow

Hi Everyone,  Well this has been a rough year for me.  In Feb I moved from a place I'd lived in for 5 years.  Unfortunately in the past (almost) 8 months my landlady's changed her tune and instead of being friendly and inviting she has been standoffish and rude (she told me to treat her like she was invisible)    

So one of the things that has gotten me through the stresses of life and depression and anxiety I suffer from has been meet up groups.  I belong to a couple, but one that I have been most active in is a day trip group.  I found them when I first joined 10 years ago and have really enjoyed going out and seeing things, some that I had no idea took place.  Like the airshow I went to well with this pandemic the organizer has been afraid to attend events,  we've been trying to stick to more outdoor stuff.   He seemed to be cool with that until last weekend when he went to a memorial service and found out that someone who was there had tested positive for the virus.  He has been tested and he is negative, thankfully.   BUT he sent out a letter to the group on Sat to let us know he has decided to shut the group down.  I am beyond upset,  this group has been a God send for me, it's not like I go out every weekend with them, but I've done some wonderful things, and it's been nice to do things with them. 

He has let us know that if anyone wants to take it over they are welcome to do so.  But I really don't have the money to do that.   So unless someone comes forward the group that I have really loved SO much will be gone :'(   I was SO mad at the organizer I didn't answer him on FB messenger when he was telling me about what one member, who I thought might be interested in saving the group, said.  (she was congratulating him on his decision to shut the group down, cause more groups are shutting down cause of this pandemic)
