Air and Space Museum VA trip
Hi Everyone,
I went to the Air and Space museum last month. There are 2 one in DC and the other in VA. I went to the VA one (I hadn't been in a couple of years. ) The DC museum was closed for a while for reno work. It is reopening this month. I plan to visit there after it opens.
Here are some photos I took, this museum is in large hangers and you can see the planes. They had the concorde, Air France, the Enola Gay (which dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima) I went up to the observation tower (1st photo) and looked around. you can see Dulles airport from there) And the Space Shuttle Discovery. And assorted other things like a pay phone (who would think that would be considered a museum piece) and Star Trek and Star Wars toys
