Ain't that GRAND! NOT!
Well, wouldn't you know it, I ended up at the Dr's after fighting forever NOT TO GO! Yeah, never said I was bright, but I've admitted to being stubborn.
ANYWAY, with the horrible tragedy that struck at the Upper Big Branch coal mine where 29 miners died, it set off and I suppose that I'd suffered with it before, but not to this degree. http://www.dailymirror.lk/index.php/world/us/3045-four-missing-west-virginia-miners-are-found-dead.html
Apparently, it has triggered a massive episode of PTSD. At least I know what I am dealing with and understand where/why the emotions are so erratic. Yes, there's a "lovely little pill" to "help" me. ROFLOL Isn't there always? LOL OF COURSE!
So, I am now back to day one of dealing with my dad's death (coal mines), my grandpa's death (heart attack) and my grandma's death (heart failure). It is like an unending flash of movie that hits from time to time followed by chest pains, rapid breathing and an overwhelming sense of multiple/mixed emotions.
So, that's it, peeps. Lovely "new little pills" to add to the other "little pills" and waiting for this episode to pass. They can't tell me when it will go away but I was told it will likely recur when anything could set it off. Most likely, the coal industry will be my "trigger". Living in WV coal mines are as prevalent as a loaf of bread. So, I pray, leaving it all in God's hands and knowing that Jesus came to heal the broken hearted.
Love & hugs my peeps.
