Ahhh, much better!
Well, I found a much better place to go for my leg. Turns out that the shrinker the original guy had me wearing was all wrong. It rolled to below my knee, so the only part getting shrunk was the very end of the stump. I dumped that guy and found a highly reputable clinic called Corpus Christi Prosthetics. From the moment I rolled in they treated me with such respect and caring. When they asked me who had given me that shrinker, I told them a guy from the valley and bam! They knew exactly who I was talking about and I didn't name names. They told me his name. Then I was told that he was appealing to the court to not yank his license. They told me that they were treating several other people like myself that this guy had messed up. So, needless to say I have on a new thigh high shrinker and am basically starting the process over again. It's a little discouraging because I thought I was getting my leg today. But, it's OK. I would much rather have this done right than too soon.
