agreement

Totally insane again (still??).  Though we 'settled' out of court--now it seems he and his lawyer doesn't remember what was agreed on. My lawyer asked for some things to be clarified.  the second document was identical to the first???   His lawyer basically said HE (the lawyer) would pay my lawyer fees to keep from going to court.  I've never heard of such a thing--kind of suspect that his lawyer has realized he is dealing with a loose cannon.   PLUS--they inquired about him being able to keep my health insurance.  What the HELL???  The last 6 months I've been told constantly that I didn't contribute anything to the marriage and ONLY worked at _______ but now the health insurance looks darn good--especially when he has to pay $$$ for his Cymbalta that caused the problems to begin with????  How did I get myself into such a weird situation???
