Again, good hours and bad hours

A short time ago, I had energy.  Now it has left me.  It is a good thing that I already did some exercising.  Maybe later, my energy level will build up again and I will exercise again.  Exercise helps dramaticly.  Just a little at a time is better than nothing at all.  Sure, every movement requires effort, but I took a shower today and it gets easier every time.  I often fall when I get out of the shower and today I did not.  Exercise, exercise, exercise.
