aftermath of a huge cry

I finally got that good cry I've been needing. I just sobbed on the bathroom floor for over an hour. I know the neighbors and their newborn baby must have heard, I don't care. How much can a woman take before she breaks??
It felt soooo good to just get that pressure off my chest and stop pretending that I'm ok even if it was only for a short while. I got to cry out Sophia's name and just sob like I didn't even do after her funeral.
God it feels good to let the dam break.
Now all I have to say is this:
Sophia, my beautiful perfect little Angel. You are my world even now. I remember your lips and your eyes. I look at your daddy's face and see you there. When I see a colorful leaf fall from a tree I see you there, too. And sometimes if I close my eyes and quiet my thoughts I feel you there too and I know that you still love me, and you must know that I will always love you until the day I die, maybe even beyond that. You're my everything, I want to kiss and hug you today and lay you down for bedtime, but you're far from me and I can't do any of this. So I'll just write you this note to tell you that you're never far from my thoughts. You're my heart baby girl. Mommy will always love you, and I'll never forget you. BIG BIG HUGS

Those big emotional releases are so helpful. It\'s good to get some of that grief out in the open. Hugs.
