after complete Thyroidectomy

I had my full Thyroidectomy on Friday they saved 2 parathyroid so thats good, and was feeling fine but the last 2 days are different. I woke up to find both breasts had large bruises on them and  a bruise on my hand. Is bruising normal? I felt great the first few days and now I don't feel like eating and am alittle tired. Is it just the adjustment to the thyroid meds? I have appointment with my surgeon in the morning so I will ask but wanted your comments also.. let me know.
