With Facebook sluggish and/or down earlier today, according to numerous sources, now would be a great time to take a break from chores or work, and just step outside to take a deep breath of the autumn air. If it's raining, pull up a seat to the window and just allow yourself to gaze out, and let your mind drift.Too often are we caught up in the maelstrom of online activity that it is easy to forget to take a moment to appreciate the great outdoors.Have a calming day!TeamDS

Thank you for the beautiful description of the seasons. I can relate to it being an artist and a poet. Here is a fall poem.

Autumn is a season of beautiful trees
Frosty chilly mornings and sunny dry days
Countryside splashed in colorful arrays
A brush of fiery colors paint the leaves
Red berry bushes burn like torches
Over rolling hills in sun light
Along the ground crisp leaves dance
Blown by Autumn\'s cold breeze
Hear them crunch beneath tires and feet
Naked brown branches blend
Into burnished cool shadows of setting sun
Cast into long streaks over the land
Before winter comes.
That is a very wise comment about taking time to appreciate the seasons of the year, I couldn\'t agree more.
I love the sounds of the rain and special scent of wet grass and leaves. We get a lot of sun showers here in Florida, those are really beautiful and worth taking time to appreciate. It\'s not every day the world is decorated with multicolored jewels.
