Thought of the day:
When "counting" up our lives, years just seem like an intuitive value to measure out how wise we are, and how much we've seen. But what you do with those years means far more than how many you can collect.
Quality in life is not something we can measure every time we have a birthday. Some could argue it's not something you measure, period. Look back at your proudest moments, and congratulate yourself no matter how young or old you are on having a quality life.
