Affirmation for October 15, 2010: Infant Loss Rememberance Day

As long as I can I will look at this world for both of us.  As long as I can I will laugh with the birds, I will sing with the flowers, I will pray to the stars, for both of us.- Sascha, as posted on motivateus.comThought of the day:Today, October 15th, is International Pregnancy and Infant Loss Rememberance Day. At 7:00pm tonight, the custom is to light a vigil candle in rememberance of all those who have gone from us at such a young age. Whether you have experienced this terrible grief or know someone who has, these candles represent an international "hug," not just for those who are gone from us but also for those in mourning or grieving. It's a message from the world to each mother and father to say, "We are with you."
Have a loving day.TeamDS

NOW, I am okay which was that I am willing and able to help others who REALLY need their support if there is one, Through my own experience I have been through so much the first year. It was tough then. Now I have two beautiful babies...girls... who are now young adult ladies. I REALLY felt so bless from God. IT IS A GIFT GOD WHO CREATED MY BABIES.

God bless you all ladies who loss their babies and someone who had miscarriage too.. GOD IS WITH YOU DAILY.

Thank you very much for posting this. I lost a baby girl Angi at 4 months of age due to medical complications, followed by 2 miscarriages. I will always miss Angi and the two other babies. I have 4 healthy grown up children, thank God.

I\'m glad you have acknowledged this day. So many people forget that October is also Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness month. I will be lighting a candle in honor of my son, Christo Isaiah, born still on 03/22/10 and also in honor of the babies of my DS friends and fellow angel mommies!

Whether it\'s through a past abortion, miscarriage, stillbirth, etc. All babies carry a special place in our heart and today is the day to cherish and remember them. Thanks for this.
