Think for a moment about the furnace of a steam engine, and the fireman having to continually shove fuel into the fire to keep the train moving. Why must there be continual fuel? Because of the train's desire to move forward.
If your goal is to lose weight, shed an addiction, reconnect with loved ones, or change a habit, close your eyes and think about how badly you want to reach that goal. Envision yourself at your destination, and let that vision fuel your passion and keep you hungry for progress, achievement, and success.
