Affirmation for November 12, 2014: Believing in Miracles

There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.- Albert Einstein
Life itself can be the greatest miracle imaginable. The very fact that we are alive and able to communicate with one another – as masses of flesh, bones, and blood, taking part in this shared experience we call life – is sort of mind boggling. Sure, it's science. But we are also more than that.
So why not make the best of it? Why not believe that our existence is special?
Today, welcome the idea that you, and I, and everyone else on this earth are taking part in the true miracle that is life. Imagine the possibilities, and what we’re capable of if we allow ourselves to take full advantage of the miracles we can continue to create.
Have a miraculous day!TeamDS

I too, believe in miracles all around...sadly I was on the phone all night w/my girlfriend whose 24 yr old daughter is dying/in a coma/no brain activity & on a breathing tube. I\'m off to the ICU before going to work until 8pm tonight. Life is hard...no matter....& we all have an end point of death-never knowing the day or hr. My friend is very hysterical when I talk to her (this is her baby who got into drugs & prostitution after her folks divorced). life is full of many sorrows. We trust that God is good (or we don\'t)...& works all things together (even evil) for the good. I believe He gives Beauty for ashes, the oil of Joy for mourning and the garment of Praise for the spirit of heaviness...not all clear- when in great pain--but Gratitude. Please, if you would, pray for my friend whose daughter is dying...):

I believe in miracles . Last year we had loads of hospital visits not
necessarily relating to our IVF journey but a family member was close to death & came out of it. My father had a heart operation & came out of it successfully. During a point in our IVF process , I reached rock bottom where all negative self destructive thoughts came into my mind. Somehow I fought those feelings so hard , took all the support from close friends , family ( though didn\'t involved my parents so much in the entire process ) & people around me who inspired me & one guy - Nick from Australia ( he\'s a guy with no hands & legs ) was my hero. Last but not the least without my husbands support , I overcame all the situations & I believe all of this is a miracle. Our dream is yet to be fulfilled but we are working towards it.
Mary Courtney , sorry to hear bout your friends daughter . It\'s not nice & I sure it\'s very hard for your friend . May she get all the strength from
God to face the difficult moments & hope she finds peace .
True you never know what happens next ! So consider your life itself as a miracle. God bless us all !
