Affirmation for May 6, 2010: Frustration
My recipe for dealing with anger and frustration: set the kitchen timer for twenty minutes, cry, rant, and rave, and at the sound of the bell, simmer down and go about business as usual.

Thought of the day:
Do you have a recipe for frustration? Some people count to 10. Others chant to themselves, or find their "happy place." :) Sometimes, being able to control frustration is a life and death issue, especially for those with high blood pressure.
Assuming a calm, zen-like demeanor, especially in times where everyone else is in panic-mode, is the challenge for today. You may find that when you find peace amidst the storm, solutions present themselves in moments of clarity.
Have a relaxing day!
