Phoenixrising up I tried and tried to quit smoking and kept going back. I tried many different methods. I was diagnosed with COPD. after smoking for 40 years. I smoked and smoked that evening and promised myself I would not smoke the next day. It wasn't easy but I did it. That was 23 years ago. I am now 78. Smoking took it's toll. In 2014 I had lung cancer surgery. So far it hasn't showed up again. I use oxygen at night and inhalers twice a day. I would be doing much better had I never smoked. I probably would not be here if I continued.
You only have six years of nicotine in your system. Quit now.!!! You will benefit in later years. Exercise will help keep you healthy.
