With the arrival of warmer weather, make a weekly goal of miles to walk, increasing that number each week. Perhaps you could start with 5 miles, and keep track of your walking to accomplish 1 mile per weekday. Increase that next week to 6 miles, then 7.By the end of the summer, you could be walking 20 miles a week! And what a healthy summer you would have had.Have a day full of steps, big and small!TeamDS
