Love this, it definitely works!
I've lived by doing this most of my adult life. It has kept me alive in the darkest times in my life and I learned at an early age that affirmations really work. I love this quote. Thank you!
I'm thankful for the implication in the quote that there could be any such thing as "good" stress. In my earliest recovery, I wanted to be stress-free. Over time, though, I came to adopt more of a Goldilocks view. Her porridge needed to be not too hot and not too cold.
That's how I need my stress, not too much nor too little. Having no stress at all means I'm not being active enough, so I ended up apathetic and depressed. Figuring out that Goldilocks for the right amount of stress in a balance has given me a healthier life I enjoy more.
By letting the bad strain be your movement point to take a step returned and do not forget why the stress appeared perhaps.. I even have no longer thaught approximately this earlier before. Essay Writers UK
