Dreams are funny things. On the one hand, they seem so ethereal - just whispers of ideas, or disconjointed thoughts. On the other hand, dreams can be powerful vehicles of revolution, personal change, and stunning achievement.
Creating journal entries of your dreams, whether waking or sleeping ones, can be therapeutic and even inspiring. For two weeks, try recording your dreams as soon as you wake up, and putting down as much as you remember. Or try writing down some of your life dreams. It's fun to go back and see what you put down.
